Latha Ganeshan founded Datum Innovations (formerly Datum Software) in 1992 to build her consulting and project business with her husband Ram. Over time, Datum Software’s services grew in demand, and the company became a fully staffed, family-owned IT staffing firm in 2006. As Datum expanded its business, it focused on commercial and government opportunities as well as payment solutions. Today, the company is headquartered in Johns Creek, GA and has offices in Montgomery, AL, Chennai and Lucknow, India.
