Latha Ganeshan is the Founder, CEO, and President of Datum Technologies Group and its three divisions – Datum Innovations, Datum Government, and VELA Works. She is the helms of its successful growth, strategy, and execution.
Prior to Datum, Latha held various positions at IBM, Digital Design Medical Systems, Equifax, ChoicePoint, and Scientific Atlanta.
Unlike most companies that offer only partial solutions, Latha’s leadership has delivered immense value by providing fully integrated end-to-end solutions, allowing her clients to focus on their core competencies.
As a result, Fortune 500 companies worldwide continue to rely on Latha, Datum, and Vela to deliver the best solutions for their business needs.
Latha holds a Master’s degree from both Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and Georgia State University.
Ram Ganeshan
Executive Vice President
Ram brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic and tactical leadership. His expertise includes managing the business processes to achieve maximum results and ensure teams excel in every aspect.
Ram drives overall company finances, operations, and infrastructure and guides day-to-day corporate functions. He provides executive oversight for commercial and government divisions to ensure efficiency and cost-effective management of resources.
Before joining Datum, Ram held various roles with global companies across technology management, strategy, and building enterprise applications. Ram has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
Carolyn E. Mosby
Vice President, Marketing Communications
Carolyn is a marketing, communications, and public relations veteran and minority business advocate who spent the last 11 years as President/CEO of the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council, one of 23 regional affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
Before joining Mid-States, Mosby was Chief Marketing Officer for Kiwanis International, overseeing global marketing, branding, and public relations for the global not-for-profit organization. In addition, she worked in the steel, natural gas, telecommunications, and water/wastewater industries in similar marketing, communications, and public relations functions.
Carolyn is a graduate of Indiana State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV/Film Communication.
Srikanth Adumala
Senior Vice President
Srikanth joined Datum in 2006 as the Human Resources Assistant. Over the years, his role expanded into finance and operations, working closely with the leadership team to formulate essential company growth strategies.
Srikanth and his team handle human resources and financial functions, ensuring we have talent, systems, and processes to constantly challenge ourselves to go above and beyond for our customers and each other.
Before joining Datum, Srikanth spent more than ten years in various roles, including sales and marketing, logistics, operations, and general administration, with organizations in India, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, and the US.
Srikanth sees Datum as a family and not just a place to work.
Joyita Hegde
Managing Director, Sales and Operations
Joyita has extensive knowledge and relationships in the technology industry. Before joining Datum, she was a Client Relationship Manager with Cognizant, responsible for a large healthcare client. She brings over 20 years of experience serving enterprise clients within the IT industry.
She graduated from the Regional College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree, and the University of Alabama, Huntsville, where she earned a Master of Science degree.
Jason Ryan
Vice President, Government
Jason oversees the day-to-day management of Datum Government. Mr. Ryan retired from the US Air Force in 2012 as a highly decorated Acquisitions Officer and now manages all of Datums’ Department of Defense customers (Government Services) in areas including: IT acquisitions, engineering, logistics, information assurance, program management and training solutions.
